my conculusion is, they should be tested for soberity.or full knoweldge

Since this is a wet lease aircraft. The pilots aren't Ethiopians. Wet lease of an aircraft means the lease of the aircraft is along with the pilots. I think Ethiopian needs to get a through safety of this aircraft. Bad reputation comes from bad events like this.

So the cargo was loaded I assume flowers since that is the hot stuff and called "perishable". UMMMMMMM I am wondering that the pilot nearly missed the building which probably would have ended his and also some of the crews lief and the flowers would have to be hauled to thier destination with a diffrent airway bill. So I am wondering who is/was perishable on the crago? Ethiopian airlines is a pride to those who have no pride to begin with. Sell that airlines to the hieghest bidder and build a cross country hwy from moyale to adigrat (NW) and from gambela to Ogaden (NE) and let all Ethiopian enjoy the ride. Hauling 95% white ass, 3% african and 2% ethiopian privilaged will not creat a pride. Or you still can sell the airlines to the private owner and keep your squashable pride intact by the flag it carries.

Guttu has pointed out the most possible cause of the accident with a reasonable knowledge of aviation technics. I wonder why you jump on slunder and react that way. It shows what kind of person you are and shame on you. What makes me sad about the whole situation is first of all those who made the deal of leasing such old aircraft must take the blame. Such occurance is not only damaging the image of the Airline, but also if continued will cause unexpected disasator. The leasing deal should have been taken seriously and made a different dicision.
