Wow!

Very nice! Ethiopia must be the first third world to introduce such schemes!

“Our concern is with the many and not the few. The benefits of education must be enjoyed by every Ethiopian. Health facilities must be made available to all who require them. The ownership of a plot of land must be brought within the capacity of everyone who so desires. The benefits of an expanding economy must be enjoyed by all.","Those personalities who believe in freeing a country by secession are selfish and prey to outsiders. Why can’t we change IQUBs to organize community based health insurance by keeping 5% or 10% of the weekly or monthly IQUB payment. Also their coud be a posiblity of turning IDERs to be a govt subsidized community health insurance,as long as if the govt or sponser organizations can pay atleast half the cost.

It is a good idea to initiate health insurance.I am not comfortable with the following phrase'’It will be mandatory for taxpayers to take out the insurance.'’Would it mean that there is no room to opt out for tax payers? If that is the case,it would rather impoversih the government employers rather than being of help to them. From the little salary they get, they are gonna pay for health insurance.

Therefore,Health isurance should be based on demand!

Wow, Universal Health Insurance in Ethiopia before the US! I think you can say democracy is progressing well in Ethiopia. Be honest all you - teeny, tiny, Hate-Crazed Diaspora - you’ve never, ever seen so much progress in Ethiopia, Ever!, in such a short period.

If the intention is genuine, I think it is a great idea. However, just like everything else woyanes do, you have to wait and see if it really works or true at all.
