Told U - Ethiopia is going in the right direction! The poll about the direction of Ethiopia that truly counts is the poll at the voting booth last May which overwhelmingly approved the direction of the country is on!! Any other poll is secondary!!

Does this means Ethiopia is the 18th best country in Africa? I don’t know about you but I am sick of this numbering crap westerners feeding us. They have some nerve going to somebody’s home and telling the owners of the home how perfect there life is. We know where our country ranks. Thanks to these bastard woyanes our people doesn’t even have a right to seapk. What is all these other statstics mean if one doesn’t have freedom of expression.

Out of 175 countries in the world, being 94th is not bad. We are in the top 100.
The vocal diaspora so called opposition are the only factors, for the country to be ranked politicaly so low. In that part they should get the credit. They have succeded by crying night and day the usual lie of human right abuse. The political annalysts only see this complainers on the streets of DC,and you can’t blame them.

(It is not clear wether the other countries did not make the cut or were simply not included for lack of data. But based on the report there were just 18 countries from Africa)

ZELAy,
Please confine your comment to your country only. I know who you are, you scam bag. Whether you like it or not, Ethiopia is marching forward.

this is crap.the mentality of our gov’t and those who claim to support is that they are good because of external crooked ‘research’ or IMF,…
while china does the opposite. They are saying we are still a developing country after becoming second largest economy.we are happy if we develop but the reality in the ground is not as being trumpeted.

It could be tourism propoganda that countries pay for media like Newsweek advertisment. You will be ranked based on what you pay. who wants to live in Algeria? desert country.

I know our food test good but not enough for everyone, the rich who can afford luxury life enjoys it.

Netchachiba ferenge yiznanalu agerachin. They don’t care about the political system.
