Ethiopia - Meles Zenawi in Seoul, South Korea with wife Azeb Mesfin for G20 Summit - Video

Ethiopia's Prime Minister Meles Zenawi is in Seoul, South Korea with wife Azeb Mesfin to attend the G20 Summit. Meles was invited to attend the summit in his capacity as the chairperson of The New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD).

This is the fourth G20 summit that Meles has been invited to. The first G20 summit of world leaders was held in Washington DC in 2008 and Meles was not invited by then President George W. Bush. Since then, Meles has attended the G20 summit in London, Toronto, Pittsburgh and now Seoul, South Korea.

He has also been a regular guest on the G8 Summit. His first G8 summit was in 2005 few weeks after his security forces gunned down hundreds of protesters in the disputed Ethiopian Election.

G8 Summits Meles has crashed

2005 Gleneagles, Scotland
2007 Heiligendamm, Germany
2008 Hokkaido, Japan
2009 L'Aquila,, Italy
2010 Huntsville, Canada

The Economist magazine once wrote an article titled the "The two sides of Meles Zenawi". He is seen as a progressive by some in the west and a brutal dictator by many in Ethiopia. Meles Zenawi has been named as the one of the world's worst dictators for five years in a row in Parade magazine's annual list, yet he has also been attending the G8 and G20 summit every single year since 2005 with some of the world's most powerful people.

Here is a video of his arrival in Seoul with his wife Azeb Mesfin.

According to Times of India, the Boeing 737-700 aircraft carrying Meles Zenawi had 20 people in it and stopped in Kolkata, India for 40 minutes on Wednesday evening for refuel on its way from Addis Ababa to Seoul, South Korea.

Forward to about 6:minute and see Meles and Azeb

to your dismay, our brilliant heroic pm is shining in the far east one more time.while you are talking about his wife,he is talking about changing the world in general and mama ethiopia in particular.while you are busy looking for a video of a lady.he is spending his precious time looking for a solution of the ills of the world.while you are stuck in the past he is engaged in the future.

I think this will make Mengistu Hailemariam and Woubanchi Bishawu sleepless. Why? First of all, it took Ethiopians many years to know the name of Mengistu`s wife. Also, nobody knows what she looks like! Unless her name implies:"Melka-tifun besem yidegfu". I also believe that the nefixagnas (Amhara) will get very very angry. Why? They know that Ethiopia was in their hands for centuries and they did not know how to develop the country. In fact, they knew only about killing people, eating food (hodamoch) and only talking (woregnoch). All the leaders who came from Amharas were ignorant and did not know how to communicate with the outside world. Dear Melese, thank you so much for your knowledge and leadership skill. This does not mean that I am happy with the way you kill and arrest my people!!! Remember that even if you will remain in Finfinnee for the rest of your life, you know that FINFINNEE always remains the PROPERTY of MY BELOVED OROMIA!!!

Hi All,
The first video which shows the arrival of H.E PM Meles Zenawi in Seoul can be used as a lesson to all Africans in general and Ethiopians in particular on how to greet H.E.Zenawi.Please forward the first video to 0.44 and see how the korean was bowing when he greets His Majesty Zenawi and our first lady Madam Azeb.I urge all forum participants to do exactly like the korean whenever you get the golden opportunity to greet H.E. Zenawi and first lady Madam Azeb.

He is the best leader who can lead the nation from behind and who puts others in front, especially he is the one who struggles for the development of not only Ethiopia but also for Africa. He takes the front line when there is danger. That’s why world leaders appreciate his leadership .WE ARE PROUD OF YOU.

Azeb Mesfin was looking quite HOT!!!! She is tall and beautiful and seems to be growing younger and younger every year. The only problem is that she seems to wear a kostara face a lot of times and I think she should adopt the permanent smile look from her husband!

What the heak wear the Neftegnias doing all the way in Korea? When I saw the demos and I couldn’t stop laughing because no matter where Meles goes, there is at least one Neftegnia sticking his head out of his Parking-lot booth to demonstrate about something.

I bet if the next G-20 summit was held in Mars, there would be a few Neftenias there holding their usual lekso demos tooo.
