Ethiopia's Ali Abdosh wins Boston Half Marathon
Ethiopia's Ali Abdosh wins the Boston half Marathon by five seconds over Sam Chelanga of Kenya on Sunday. Ali broke away with a strong kick, finishing in 1 hour, 3 minutes, 36 seconds.
Chelanga crossed in 1:03:41 and was followed by Okari in 1:03:48. Kenyans also took the next three spots with four Americans rounding out the top 10, led by Timothy Ritchie in 1:05:29.
