Regarding PM Meles surprisingly we can watch the contradiction within himself. Regarding the AU, he fought bravely stressing back to history and mentioning the King and Mengistu which was a brave thing to do. The AU was a brainchild of our Emperor who regarding the continent of Africa who had a big dream of unity. Africa is the largest continent in the world. Africa should be able to build it's own headquarters. We have african architects (nigerians, ghanians, south africans, egyptians etc). It is a shame that Africa is being ridiculed by China. It was in the news that Ethiopia is going to build a 50 storey building to house one of it's banks. Some 15 years ago Al amoudin came with the idea to build a 50 storey building somewhere in Addis Abeba. Woyane did not allow him. The Chines can not be trustede. They are cheating Africa. The chinese are worse than Europeans or Americans or Arabs. Chinese eat rats, mice , snakes, dogs. They have no decency.

I think the Africa Union should build it's own headquarters. African leaders have a lot of money. The president of Equatorial Guinee is the riches moan in the world with some 20 billion dollars in his private account or so. Meles Zenawi has some billions also. I do not know how many billions Issayas has, but he should have a billion or two in his private account. Sudanes leader is also very rich. It is a shame that african have no self respect. Honest opinion: I don't trust this regime for atleast three major and dead serious reasons; but I liked Meles's explanation of Ethiopia's stand on Africa and especially when they agreed on everything except location.
