As long as he keeps playing and keeps his activity, being away from the team this time wouldn't hurt him or our national team. He is already familliar with his Ethiopian teammates.

As far as Ethiopian farmers exposed to theft, worries and injustice, it doesn't make a sense whether there will be a group of players or not. There will be no livestock production.

As far as Oromo: recently two known politician and Amhara: Journalists remain in jail without a fault, there will not be a development.

Is that suffer or live? Why the Ethiopian gov't fails to learn from Western how to increase farmers productivity? Why there is no insurance for farmers or government fails to compensate the loss.

If he is so popular and important player for the team why did the federation not integrate him long before the deadline. Ten days are not enough time for such big tournament. Or his middle-sitter club tour of another Egyptian-owned bottom-sitter club in Belgium is more important?
Anyway, the NT doesn't depend on individual players for results.

Again all the best for our NT.

@stopinjustice,
you're on the wrong thread or worse wrong site.

Saladin is the golden boy who made many crucial contributions for the national team to reach where it is now. He is a long time best friend of the team captain, he is personally a very friendly, disciplined and respected boy of the team than any other one, Saladin is a player gall keeper, defenders, midfielders and strikers look for to pass the ball and he is a well connected person to all of them. I can confidently say Saladin can come minutes before the game started and can perfectly fit with the national team. Saladin is a model for other players who aspire to be like in impressing foreign clubs. Saladin is not like the other Ethiopian origin players who came to play, he is a player grow up from village team to the national team, he lives in Ethiopia and participate in all national team games be it African or World. Trust me Saladin is a source of worries for any team playing against Ethiopian team, he is a boy who rarely miss opportunities. As I see him playing I know he is exceedingly stubborn, determined to score and he scores. He proved himself to be too smart for many foreign defenders to hold him. I wrote all this because I felt you don't know much who Saladin is.
