Good job people at Nazret. Very helpful information. “Soccer can change the way people look at Ethiopia” ~Ibe.
Good luck Walyas! but we need a better name.
I watched today’s games online on allcom.tv on TV Oromiya (http://www.allcomtv.com/tv-oromiyaa). I hope they will continue to broadcast the rest of the games.
This is the easiest task to do for woyanes because in ethiopia we have only 2% who can watch tv and only 1% internet users (following football on internet is just lol).
We use 6million donkies for transport and we talk about wathcing football online.
In many countries in Europe the games can be watched on Eurosport tv channel.
We have planned a party to watch the Ethiopian games together. I hope the Walyas will make a decent appearance.
Thanks for the Info.nazreth

Who are you cheering for? is Eritrea playing??? lollll
Retard and fool TPLF! lolllll
The ethnic baiting none-Ethiopian tyrant Meles is DEAD, shouldn’t you be mourning?
ETV LEBA! ETV LEBA! ETV LEBA!
Gov’t owned Ethiopian TV refused to pay $1 million to broadcast African Cup.Because of this decision, Ethiopians will be unable to watch their national team play in South Africa this month. If the gov’t allows private ownership of TV stations, Ethiopians would have been better served. The gov’t would not have to pay this much money for the broadcasting right. Private companies would have come up with a business model that makes it possible for them to pay $1 million and still earn profit from advertising and subscriptions. The Ethiopian government that is led by a bunch of idiots continues to criminalize the ownership of TV, radio, telecom and internet companies so that it can control what the people of Ethiopia can read and watch.
LC2, the company that has the broadcast license of AFCON 2013 explained that “the lack of both anticipation and marketing knowledge” and also “mistrust against the current economic model” has blinded some African televisions to the feasibility of profits that could be generated from “the world’s second biggest football competition” by “selling advertising space to sponsors.
Hope this time the public shall put the maximum pressure to make change ETV decisions .It’s really a shame to deny Ethiopians the right to watch their National Team games .By the way what about all the so called
Sponsors ,from the Sheraton Sheik ,the evil widow ,the Tigre Mafiosis and the so called local Businesmen linked to the Ruling Parti .It’s better to remember even during Derg Juntas era ,by the public requests the then ETV officials were obliged to cancel the Transmission of the Defunt ESEPACO congress ,to let peoples watch the 1982 Mundial .
what rubbish are you talking? I have watched all four games so far, all games were worth nothing (may be with third game was a bit interesting). I would not pay a penny to these stupid sharks that are trying to blackmail national tv stations. How come such a company gets the rights without consultation with the national federations, and how come that this company makes it’s demands just a day before the games start?
Anyway, as it appears, the games are being broadcasted in Ethiopia.
By the way, this little episode gave some Derg people the chance to shade a tear over the good old communist days.
Mrnt5you,where did you see an Eritrean supporting the Ethiopian team? You knuckle head. Addis Zemen is always supporting Ethiopia.
Addis zefzef was a shabian servant like yourself, and like yourself he has forfeited his right to be Ethiopian.
Anyone who at anytime collaborated with Issais and is a member of the illegal organization TPLF is anti-Ethiopian!!!
Weregnaw 2013 ,who the hell are you supposing fooling .Leffaffi Tchinkilatebis Banda .If you are looking for real Dergists ,you can call your own DC sell out Banda Amvassador ,Girma Birru ,Mengistu’s himself former Economic Advisor .And
your Agazi-Amice NY Hero ,Sehaye Debalkaw ,former Mengistu’s Office
Head for Press Affairs .And many of your bros
former Derg and ESSEPA cadres recycled as TPLF cadres and Agazi Death Squads …LOL !!!!
Bravo ! Nazret. keep up this kind of effort …
