No dirty tricks anymore from the nephews in Ethiopia & Eritrea

Isayas did what was expected from him. The nephews have had the chance to solve the Badme conflict for six years by now and did not succeed. Many arguments for it can be brought to the discussion but facts are facts. They did not solve it.
Legesse ‘ the name thief ’ Zenawi, crime minister’s army chiefs are starting to have serious doubts about his policy, some even defected. A new front is about to emerge in the east and the question is if the Ethiopian population will unite when Tigray is forced into a second war with Eritrea. Isayas just waited and may think that now is his moment.

Do not misunderstand me, I am not a fan of either nephew,to the contrary, both of them have more blood on their hands than they can ever wash away. Both of them have never shown any consideration with freedom and democracy and both of them are ruthless tyrants. But not solving the Badme problem has nothing to do with that and is pure stubbornness. Legesse ‘ the name thief ’ Zenawi, crime minister, just did not want to risk a second revolt in the ranks of the TPLF. Former minister of defense and Tigrean hero Seye Abraha, still rots in jail because he opposed decisions taken by the government concerning the Tigrayen - Eritrean war. It must have been touch and go, what I understand, that Seye Abraha is jailed and not Legesse ‘ the name thief ’ Zenawi, crime minister.
Note: there are some credible reports that one of the reasons of the arrest of Seye Abraha and his brothers (including for 16 months a sister) has connections that their ancestors played their roles well in the history of our Country. This was not the case for the ancestors of the Zenawi family as many of us know. After 5 1/2 years going up and down to the court no verdict yet.

During the war with Eritrea from 1998 up until 2000 the Ethiopian people united.
As usual the Gang took advantage of it and just a few days before the elections in 2000 a massive attack on Eritrea was launched. According to insiders they could have taken Asmara, the port of Massawa or Assab easily. One consideration might have been that another decade with civil war was not preferable. Anyhow the peace treaty of Algiers and a later decision by the International Court in The Hague draw new borders and the problem could have been fixed. But it didn’t. The small town of Badme was made an icon during the whole war because Eritrea took control over it claiming it was Eritrean and this fused the whole battle. And now Badme according to maps and historic documents was given to the Eritreans and should be handed over.

The Americans offered to replace/reconstruct the whole village a few miles south, but even that didn’t help and was refused. The Eritreans started a psychological warfare against the peacekeepers from the UN and for different reasons both nephews have isolated themselves internationally. And now while Legesse ‘ the name thief ’ Zenawi, crime minister, seems to overplay his hand, as his nephew Isayas Afawork thinks so, the Eritreans are taking back a part of the security zone that was taken by the UN to keep both armies apart with the explanation of protecting the harvest on their territory.

Things have changed. Ethiopians are no longer prepared to support another useless massacre. The over 70.000 that died during the first Tigrean – Eritrean war, died in vain.
The current leaders never accounted for the killed and mutilated young people and have anyhow lost all credibility.
No dirty tricks anymore, neither from Isayas nor from his nephew. Peace, freedom and democracy is the only struggle worth fighting for.

The writer presents as if the war was between nephews but the fact was otherwise, likely saw it in one angle only. Regardless who is in power, whether the government was democratically elected or not in time of crisis we have to look the big picture. The war with Eritrea or the current conflict in Somalia goes to the existence of Ethiopia. When a house in fire the first step is to stop the fire then look cause of the fire

NO my Friend the WAR is definitely between NEPHEWS- Meles and Esayas, no more no less. Woyane will never play again with Ethiopian nationalism to fit its agenda of diseption and redirection from its own internal problems. After all distroying Ethipian Nationaliism and the Cuntry itself are its founding principles. Why he does not say nationalities as he use it to destroy the country and nationalism and use its Agazi for is so called wars. We wish him good luck.Again I agree with Urael, Ethiopians has no business again on a WAR BETWEEN NEPHEWS or somalia.

Borders are all about people, and community as a whole. When the border committee made their decision with out ground survey, one would say what were they thinking? When the border line goes though one’s living room, separate farmer from their farming land, and their grazing land, children from their school, and community from their water point, how is that going to bring peace and stability? Rather crippled a community. The human life of the community to a peaceful existence has not been considered. I’m sure the objective of the Alger’s agreement is to bring peace and stability among the two countries, and their community, not just draw a line for us. Easy for you though, you said give Badme to this and that. Badme is not just a town, but a town with people.

Wondim Addis, this is a war beteween two Regions of Ethiopia, we have no Business to deal with.

We don't lose focus by the war being cooked by woyannie to destroy itself. Our focus is to get rid off KIMAL ON OUR HEADS, WOYANNIE.

A war between nephews with in Ethiopia, shouldn't drag the whole country into war, let them finish their business.

As to the comment: Isayas and Legese are Nephews I agree 100%.Because I happen to know the whole story of their family.

It would have been much easier for them to accept the International Court of Arbitration decisions fully and go on with demarketing the boarder expeditiously.

As to solving affected communities problems they would have sorted out the problem latter on. But discussing a court's final and binding decision (as Legese- crime minister of Ethiopia:) wants to do) would be illigal for both parties.

Once they demarkate the Binding decision, you can expect both affected parties to show good will. And solve affected communities problems, if any.

Just before the boarder war errupted they were talking of making a sort of federation between the Sate of Tigray and the State of Eritrea. If they could go to such an extent in politics then I think -the give and take- of Legese would have come on latter.

But all these didn't Materialize. Legese now faces war on many fronts. We Ethiopians in the 'Mahal Ager' do not want him; the Eritreans will be Totaly United to bid him good-buy, the OLF is ready to spring, other Ethiopian entities are on the watch for the first shot at Badme, to make Addis Ababa a hell. Somalia is not a secret....

Will Meles be able to stretch
his legs that much. Americans will not be able to keep Meles on the Intensive care -Meleses eiling Minority Regieme. Meles belongs to a hated sector with in Tigray too)!

Meles is decaying into the *Kimalam* Legese he is and his stinks rise to the heavens.

Also note that the 98-2000 war between shabia and woyane took more life than the 30 years war between ELF/EPLF and Ethiopia during Hailesselasie and Dergue.

Woyane managed to rally the people of Ethiopia behind it, but used the source for sensless war and loss.

Crime Sinister, I dare you start an all out war against shabia,ICU,OLF,EPPF,ONLF at this time.
I dare you. Here in the states the HR5680 will be your total cure. The US now knows or always knew that you can not take care of ICU for them. For a simple reason you don't have the resource nomore. Please, go ahead sacrifice your golden Agazi mercinaries......

5 mins away.......

Urael'

Don't act as you now something about the war between ere and your country of beggars. From 1998 to 2000 you brainles ethiopian soldiers where sent in masses to capture assab. This could not happen. What a shame a small country of 4 million with money resources from her own people could humiliate a giant beggar of 80 million.

What a shame to be an ethiopian!!!!!!
