The people of Ethiopia from everywhere around the world would miss him dearly, as it has been said he was the nation icon, entertain his people with vocal talent that transmit a deep melancholic memory. He loved his people and they loved him back that was his treasure. By traveling to the remote area, perform his talent as he was on a fancy stage to all audience and spectators.
His band came to then Atse Gelowdious High School at Nazret, several times, every time his band came, it was over sold ticket and the talk of the town for the coming days. Almost, all children will simulate his dance and vocal by pretending him. That was my lasting memory about him beside his songs.
Good songs are to remember events and moments, every time we hear his voice from now on that he is within us. That is an ever-lasting memory we endure with Tilhaun.
