Berhanu was in charge of late CUD offices in Shaka zone, he left Masha a few weeks ago. His life was threatened. He traveled a lot, we kept in touch and we owe him some of the information posted here. He is one of those brave Ethiopians who did not surrender and continued the peaceful struggle. He was taken to Police Station N°3 this morning.

I hope we will meet again soon especially because I have to apologize for a typical Ferenj's outburst during our last discussion.

Other clashes are reported today between High School students and Federals (blue beasts are back!).

Simmering protests continue in some Addis schools(please confirm) and visible presence of the thugs on our streets in pairs and more, I heard of protests today at Ayer Tena and SOS School Near Gabriel church(Victory Store).
I saw two buses with broken windows outside a police station near Total, being filmed by ETV?
One is bus n.77.
I was in a taxi, one passenger told me that students at SOS had been severely beaten up, boys and girls.
He said that it was children of the poor that were suffering....
Rich kids, you must show your solidarity, this is your country too. There are ways of showing your opposition other than confronting directly the thugs, not being in the frontline....

I agree, Hayal, rich kids must move too. It is less risky for them and far more efficient.

PS: Ooooops sorry, I forgot something important. I checked Ethiopian Review information saying that some donors were plotting to go on budgetary support to Meles through "Block Grants" to woredas. To know more about block-grants and cooperation, please read A painstaking interview. I mean, I do not have to check Elias' information, he is a good journalist. I just made a few phone calls....
