Ethiopia - Investment forum starts tomorrow in US

The American Chamber of Commerce in Ethiopia's (AmCham Ethiopia) first Ethiopian Investment Forum is going to start tomorrow in Washington DC.
The event, organised in partnership with USAID, WAFA Marketing and the Corporate Council on Africa, aims to showcase Ethiopia's investment opportunities to potential investors.
AmCham Ethiopia's 18 businesspeople strong delegation to this forum is led by its president, Getachew Ayele. The board's delegation and invited Ethiopian government officials will be in Washington DC from September 28 to October 2 to organise the forum and also participate in the 7th US-Africa Business Summit.
"As part of its efforts to promote the development of trade and investment between the US and Ethiopia, AmCham Ethiopia is organising the forum to create awareness about existing business opportunities," Getachew Ayele, President of AmCham Ethiopia told Capital.
