Ethiopia - Meles Zenawi to attend Conference on Federalism in India
The Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Meles Zenawi, is expected to attend an international conference on federalism to be held in New Delhi, India from November 5-7, 2007. This is the fourth international conference on federalism, it was held before in Canada, Switzerland, and Belgium.
Instead of presentations of academic papers or scholastic debates, the conference would focus on themes, including accommodating diversity, fiscal federalism, interaction in a federal system and local government in fiscal systems, the Hindu newspaper wrote.
