If I was one of the MP's I would ask for all MP's willingly not to eat.
Stay in parlament and duke it out how they should help the starved people. I am sure they will make educated and expeirnced decision. I was thinking about one election day during derg era. I remember I was forced to vote even while I was on the road for completely strange contestants.
The situation I observed was interesting. When people were voting 'Big brother' was watching openly. Even if you vote for the other party 'by mistake', the invisible guy will come out and 'talk' to you about the wisdom of your vote.
They were rooting for 100% at the time. I think we are watching the same scenario here.

Every comment or suggestion seems based on hate and ethnicity. If your problem about the Ethiopian government is its ethnicity, I think you need to grow up. Every one of you keep complaining about how bad the government in Ethiopia is but none of you are acknowledging the great things happening in Ethiopia.
